2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By completing the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The purchase contract is concluded once we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by email.

3. Products and Made-to-Order Production
Our products are individually produced after an order has been placed.
We use specialized production and shipping partners for the manufacture and fulfillment of our products.
By producing items on demand, we avoid unnecessary inventory and manufacture only those items that have actually been ordered.
Minor production-related variations in color, placement or finish do not constitute a defect, provided that such variations are reasonable for the customer.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown are final prices. In accordance with the German small business regulation pursuant to Section 19 UStG, VAT is not charged or shown separately. Any applicable shipping costs may be added.
The available payment methods are displayed to the customer during the checkout process.

We are liable for damages in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

11. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not restrict any mandatory statutory protections provided by the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
