All PAINZONE products are made individually after you place your order. We deliberately produce on demand and do not use traditional inventory storage. This helps us avoid overproduction and ensures that each product is made specifically for you.

Production

As soon as your order has been successfully received, production of your item begins.

• Production time: approx. 2–5 business days
• Each item undergoes a quality check before shipping.

Delivery

Once production has been completed, your order will be handed over to our shipping partner.

• Delivery time within Germany and the European Union: approx. 3–7 business days
• During periods of high demand or around public holidays, delivery times may be longer.
• Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

Standard shipping is free for all PAINZONE orders. No additional standard shipping charges apply within the regions we serve.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Where supported by the shipping carrier, this email will also include a tracking link.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipping.

As all PAINZONE products are made individually for you, minor production-related variations in color, print placement or finishing may occur. These do not constitute a quality defect but are part of the manufacturing process.
